Listening to customers and giving them the best customers service possible answering thier question finding lifetime fixes for their problems and additing value for them through the conversations supporting and delighting them

• Keep up with a fast-paced contact center

• margin-bottom: 7pt; margin-top: 0pt;">Maintain 90% or higher 5-star customer ratings

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Must be able to takes phone calls from customers while working remotely.

• Previous customer service experience

• Must be qualify on your own to work in the US to qualify. An employer sponsored work visa is not currently available for this role
