Job description:-

 Degrees:

Bachelor Degree in Law completed in 2018 or higher.

Any degrees (post-graduate) are better

Roles / Tasks:

Research, analyze, and prepare summaries for various legal issues;

Prepare cases on the bench memorandum to be heard by the Honorable Judge;

Help write judgments and commands;

Prepare ideas if necessary;

Ensure that the case law quoted and dependent on the counselor and bench is good law and keep the Honorable Judge up to date with major changes to the law;

Assist Chamber staff in carrying out orders and duties;

Review and review all judgments, orders and other documents; and

Do any other different work when needed.

Failure to attempt all of the questions / queries listed below will result in immediate termination of the process.

For courier applicants, you are required to attach only hard copies of your original documents. Please DO NOT overlook the original text. The Supreme Court will not deal with any losses incurred in this process.

Applicants need to carefully read the job description before applying.

Deadline: The application form will not be submitted after 11:59 PM on 11-Sep-2021.

The application form must be completed in full to provide the correct details. Incomplete and unrelated requests will be rejected.

Once the requests have been received and the delivery deadline has passed, the testing process will begin. Registered candidates will be notified individually, and the list of candidates will be uploaded to the Supreme Court's website.

Shortlisted candidates will be summoned to appear in Pakistan's Supreme Court, Principal Seat in Islamabad.

During the interview the applicants / baptismal candidates must produce a certified genuine diploma / diploma from the HEC and two valid references.

No TA / DA will be accepted for candidates.

The Supreme Court of Pakistan has the right to increase / decrease the number of seats and / or to reject any application or application without giving a reason.

No age rest should be given in any case.

The Supreme Court of Pakistan reserves the right to terminate and / or suspend the Scheme at any time by notice.
