It contributes to high-performance, inter-organizational teams by applying knowledge and experience in people-centered design practice. It assists in research, brainstorming, concept development, prototyping, testing, and transportation activities for the experiences of moderately complex members and employees, with data in an agile environment. It demonstrates the value of design by working with team members to tailor, iterate, and deliver solutions to members ’needs.
TAsk for the jobs:
- Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks from business activities and the job.
- Ensures effective identification, measurement, monitoring and control of business risks.
- Identifies and documents business problems to help with moderately complex inter-organizational projects.
- It contributes to ideas and embedding that help multifunctional stakeholders in people-centered planning meetings and group discussions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that the work meets agreed business requirements.
- It provides management support for every part of the workflow from discovery to implementation of design artifacts and prototypes.
- It supports people-centered research efforts and the synthesis of research results in order to set the direction tailored to the needs of members and aspirations.
- Create and document design tools with guidance, leveraging expertise in interaction design, visual design, and / or content design.
- It demonstrates a basic understanding of people-centered and service planning principles and methodologies.
Qualification required:
- Undergraduate training o4 additional related experience beyond the required minimum may be substituted for the degree.
- 2 years of relevant on-the-job experience in product design, UX design, service design, or design research assignments, delivering complex design systems for web and native applications.
- A portfolio that showcases experience in designing digital experiences for mobile and web applications.
- Experience in developing helpful, collaborative and consensus-building skills.
- Proven proficiency in standard design and workplace applications. including Sketch, InVision (or a similar prototyping tool), Adobe CC, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- It demonstrated an understanding of new technologies and best practices in website navigation, browsers, mobile templates, information architecture, and usability.
- Demonstrated experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications (iOS, Android, etc.)
- Development of written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, time management skills and great attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, attractive and able to work effectively in a team environment, always achieving results on time.
- Fast learner with solid organizational and ranking skills.
