Senior management level does not mean below the level of N-2 in the rankings in an organization, where N represents the head of the organization. The IT sector includes private / public sector IT related organizations and other organizations which have major IT sectors.

Job description

• Explain the vision and strategy for NIT B associated with Digital Pakistan Vision.
• To guide the effective cost-effective implementation of e-government programs in federal ministries / divisions.
• Explain and develop support for e-government programs at the top leadership level across the government
• Develop an e-governance strategy for the federal government.
• To coordinate seamless end-to-end government project design and implementation
• Working for effective implementation of e-government programs in federal ministries / divisions.
• Work to identify areas where digital interventions can be helpful and propose measures to automate those areas through Business Process Engineering (BPR).
• Identify and implement programs based on industry standards and best practices and in line with government strategy guidelines.
• To organize a team of technology and management professionals to maximize the throwput.
• Assess the state of e-government readiness to ensure sustainable and fast digitization.
• Assist the Ministry of IT in providing software and infrastructure standards in the e-government sector.
• To conduct training needs assessment and to design and implement IT competency programs of Federal Ministries / Divisions
• NITB to manage key functions of strategic planning and consultancy services, e-governance; Systems development and program management, user and network support;
• To calculate NITB's performance, achieve best value, and continuously improve service delivery;
• Promote, promote and maintain positive and fruitful external working relationships and partnerships, including working with external hardware and software service providers, to ensure that NITB meets its ICT requirements. Get the best value in fulfillment.
• Establish relevant benchmarks and performance standards against which the performance and effectiveness of NITB should be monitored and reviewed in order to contribute to the overall achievement of its aims and objectives.
• Provide efficient staff management, evaluation and development to ensure performance goals and standards are met in line with NITB's goals and objectives.

salary pkg will be paid 

1,500,000 PKR - 2,000,000 PKR per Month
