Qualification required;


  • bechlor degree required or high school diploma Prior professional work experience, ideally with customer service. That's fine - if you haven't worked in a call center before, we'll train you!
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to make large adjustment requests, multi-tasks and work priorities Ability to make reasonable and accurate business decisions based on established standards and guidelines Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and prioritize work effectively. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole or another language is highly desirable Ability to work from home with access to high speed internet connection and comfort level.
  • Ability to work OT during peak period
