Survey of Pakistan (SoP) employs its highly professional and trained staff to collect, prepare and provide geographic data across the country using total stations, GPS, digital photogrammetry, and map digitization. Data is presented in the default GIS data format i.e. other than the format specific to the ESRI Shapefile client system.

SOP provides a range of services in traditional and multimedia digital cartography to produce high quality maps for its clients. Types of maps include topographic maps, thematic maps, guide maps in any projection, and coordinate systems. SOP also has a printing press with traditional and modern CMYK printing techniques.

Currently Survey of Pakistan Jobs is open for residents of Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
