As a Branch Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to contribute to our customers' banking experience. You will also perform a variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and following established operational policies and procedures. Equally important is the ability to resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, providing an exceptional customer experience.

Our branch team exists to enhance the financial lives of people in the communities we serve. You are friendly and engaging and can connect with customers. Yes, you are the people whether you're helping people with technology challenges, having a casual conversation, or just showing off some of the great services and products we offer.
You will be able to reduce customer financial stress by helping to determine both personal and business financial needs. You will get experts who can help guide your clients to their financial destination.
You are aware of the importance of compliance when working in a bank. You will ensure that all audit and security policies and procedures are followed in accordance with bank policy and federal regulations.
You will support customers in all areas of the branch, from cash handling and service needs, to roaming throughout the branch based on customer needs.
The overall retail customer experience is improved with fewer handoffs. Every ambassador is equally expert.
You are naturally curious and love to learn. Well teach you what Capital One has to offer our customers in products, services and experiences to guide them in the right direction towards their financial goals.
You are digitally savvy. You'll show what's possible in our physical space and how to easily navigate your mobile and online experience using the branches' laptops and iPads. Play an active role in educating customers about other banking channels as well as other products and services.
Are you a team player? If so, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of banking professionals and help inspire your colleagues as they inspire you.
You will research and respond to customer inquiries with the intent of increasing customer retention and engagement by leveraging various tools and channels to recommend appropriate solutions.
You will be able to travel between branches within the assigned local area and support your assigned market.
Core Competencies:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of retail, sales or customer service experience
- Minimum 6 months cash handling experience
